The WVOE product and P&L product of NON-QM loan from AAA Lendings have the following advantages:
1. Borrower who is not a US citizen or permanent resident is acceptable to do WVOE or P&L.
2. For the WVOE product, the current employer being a foreign company is acceptable, no rate adjustment.
3. For the P&L product, the borrower’s company which is not located in the USA is acceptable, no rate adjustment.
4. No tax return or pay stub, you can just state your income.
5. No tax return to use rental income, just a lease agreement is acceptable if it is reasonable.
6. 100% gift funds is allowed as long as the income is reasonable.
7. The interest rate is less than the inflation rate.
8. If everything is not too bad for WVOE or P&L, the interest rate of WVOE product or P&L product is better than the conventional loan rate.
9. The max loan amount of WVOE product or P&L product can exceed the county loan limit eligible for the conforming loan limit.
