Applying for a Dream For All Voucher

确保Borrower已准备好所需文件

Documents Required:

• California Dream For All (DFA) Lender Pre-Approval Letter

• Government ID:

- Passports

- Driver's License

- State-issued ID

- Military ID

- Permanent Residence Cards

- Visas or Employment Authorization Documents

• Proof of current address: Government ID, utility bill, cell phone bill, insurance bill, voter registration or carregistration

- If you plan on using multiple borrowers, you should collect documents from each borrower for the Voucher Application process

- When gathering and collecting documents for the Voucher Application process, please note the permitted file types are PDF, JPG, or JPEG

• Foster care documentation (if applicable): Foster Care Verification Form/Letter or court documents

预注册系统创建New Account 

★ 进入CalHFA网站https://www.calhfa.ca.gov/dream/，在网站右侧点击Register for Voucher进入预注册界面。

预注册界面下方有所需文件的详细要求

★ 点击预注册界面上方的APPLY NOW，创建new account

创建New account需要填写First Name，Last Name，Email信息，Email信息非常重要，后续如果需要其他证明文件以及发放彩票号都将通过此邮件告知borrower，所以一定要密切关注邮件收件箱/垃圾邮件。

★ New account创建成功后，borrower将会收到CalHFA的邮件，告知用户名以及临时密码。

★ Borrower可以点击邮件中的链接，输入用户名和临时密码登录预注册系统。

★ 密码修改

登录预注册系统后，请按照提示修改密码。新密码必须至少包含8个字符，其中必须包含一个大写字母、一个小写字母和一个特殊符号。

申请

★ Borrower登录预注册系统后，点击START VOUCHER APPLICATION按钮进入信息填写界面。

申请界面左上角可以查看当前申请状态，左下角可以更改语言。

信息填写分为六步:

◆ ADDRESS INFORMATION

◆ DEMOGRAPHIC INFORMATION

◆ ELIGIBILITY INFORMATION

◆ ATTESTATION

◆ REVIEW AND SUBMIT

★ 所有步骤必须显示100%完成才可以正式提交。

★ 提交申请后，申请界面左上角的申请状态变为Application Received。

★ 提交申请后，CalHFA会进行审核，如果需要其他证明材料，会通过邮件通知borrower，申请界面左上角的状态变为Additional Information Requested，borrower点击Application Tasks根据CalHFA要求上传相应文件。审核通过后，会向borrower注册时使用的邮箱发送彩票号。

抽奖

★ 申请截止时间为4/29/2024，中奖结果将会在几个周之后公布，具体时间等待CalHFA通知。
